A golf journey can involve a dozen counterparties across three time zones: clubs, caddies, hotels, and transport. You deal with one. Your arranger holds the whole itinerary and answers for it at every step, so a question never bounces between departments.
Hospitality composed around the round
The golf is the reason for the trip, but the hours around it decide how the trip is remembered. Lodging, meals, and evenings are arranged with the same care as the tee times, so the whole journey holds together rather than just the golf inside it.
